About the Host
Nate Smoyer is an accomplished marketing veteran within proptech and the host of Tech Nest: the Proptech Podcast. Aside from podcasting, Nate is Director of Real Estate Program Growth at HW Media.
Outside of his day gig, he works directly with early-stage proptech as Fractional CMO and advisor to creating successful marketing programs. Additionally, Nate has been a mentor with MetaProp Ventures, the most prolific early-stage VC within proptech, since 2021.
With over 12 years of experience building and leading marketing teams, Nate has helped startups such as Avail (acquired by Realtor.com), Obie, Stessa, Azibo, Blanket, Sugar, HousingWire, and RealTrends achieve growth, improved revenue performance, and operational excellence.
